Get a Pre-Approval
Before you start looking for a home, it’s a good idea to meet with a Loan Officer to get pre-approved for a loan. Don’t worry we have several on our team just for you. In this process these professionals will gather information on income, assets and debts to determine how much house you may be able to afford. This includes a credit report, W-2 forms, pay stubs, Federal Tax Returns and recent bank statements. There are a variety of different loan programs and our loan officers will educate you on the best programs to suit your needs.
Application and Processing
When you find your dream home your lender will help you complete a mortgage loan application, and walk you through your options. The application is submitted to be processed, where the documents are reviewed and appraisal, inspection and title is ordered. The loan will then be sent to an underwriter who reviews and approves the loan if it meets compliance.
SIGNING AND FINALIZING THE DEAL
During this final process don’t be surprised if you’re asked for additional documentation or clarification. Once the loan is approved your documents will be sent to the title company. There you’ll sign for the home and pay any remaining costs if any. Then the loan is recorded and you get the keys. Boom! We will help you through everything so don’t worry at all.
